Simplify and standardize HR processes

SAP MSS provides line managers, team leaders, project leaders and departmental heads in the enterprise with tools to help them accomplish their goals quickly and easily. Central departments such as Controlling or Human Resources can present personalized information in the user's portal, enabling managers to find their information in their own portal, in the right place at the right time.

Managers can make departmental decisions that align with strategic business objectives in areas such as budgeting, recruitment, compensation, and cost management. Through an intuitive portal, managers can access data from disparate sources to support budget and staffing decisions.

MSS includes the following:

Budget management

  • Managers can fulfill their cost and budget responsibilities, including annual budget planning, budget monitoring, cost analysis, and correction of postings. They can check critical variances, monitor travel expenses, and track budget consumption on projects.

Staffing management

  • Managers can handle a variety of HR-related administrative and planning tasks, including recruitment, annual employee reviews, and compensation planning. Managers can review attendance, and they can update data for employees who do not have computer access. Managers can also plan future staffing quotas.
